Have you heard the saying “The customer is always right?” We dare to say that may not always be true, but…the customer IS always valued!
We believe in value over volume. Much like a funnel cloud encompasses unrestrained forces…value creates longevity and longevity creates wealth. It should be understood that when the customer perceives value, increased volume is the absolute result, and with increased volume longevity is eminent.
The steps you can take that will build rapport, attain and sustain a stronger clientele base, and will turn your customers into your champions that generate referrals.
Step 1: Identify your primary customer profile then focus on the 80/20 Rule.
Step 2: Identify the support customer and create a strategic plan to transition them into a primary customer.
Step 3: Learn what your customers are not saying. Silence speaks louder than words.
Step 4: Become a champion in their eyes by creating solutions that solve their unspoken need.
Step 5: Give your customers a voice.
Step 6: Become partners in their success and characters in their stories.
Remember, we want you to see the results you need that will empower you to remain persistently motivated and satiated with passion and creativity to continue to drive sales. The sight of a goal can be lost when we lose sight of why it was generated in the first place.
