The Indiana Black Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to economically empowering and sustaining African American communities in the state of Indiana thrugh entreprenuership and capitalistic activity within the United States and interaction with he Black Diapora (The African Diaspora refers to the communites throughout the world that are descended from the historic movement of peoples from Africa, predominantly to the Americas, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, among other areas around the globe.
